A plan built around
your property.
Tell us the source and timing
Explain which pipe or appliance was involved, when the problem started, and whether water is still entering. Tell us which rooms and levels are affected and whether a plumber has assessed the source.
Look beyond the visible puddle
Cabinet bases, flooring edges, wall finishes, and ceilings below the leak may be affected. We discuss accessible areas, moisture checks, and any additional investigation needed before agreeing on the cleanup scope.
Plan drying and document progress
The proposed work identifies which materials may be dried in place, which may need removal, and how equipment and monitoring will be used. Plumbing or appliance repairs are separate from mitigation.
What the service
may include.
Actual work depends on the assessed conditions, access, and written scope. Mitigation and remediation are our primary services; any repairs are separately scoped and authorized.
- ✓Assessment after pipe, sink, water heater, or appliance leaks
- ✓Moisture checks of accessible affected materials
- ✓Water extraction and dehumidification where appropriate
- ✓Affected-material removal when included in the written scope
- ✓Progress documentation and discussion of separate repair needs
Clear expectations
before you proceed.
Do not approach wet electrical equipment or enter standing water where utilities may be affected. Have unsafe utilities assessed by the appropriate professional. Do not assume water beneath a floor is harmless because the surface has dried.
Your questions.
Clear answers.
Can you fix my appliance or pipe?
Plumbing and appliance repairs need the relevant trade. Our role is to assess and mitigate the resulting property damage. We discuss the cleanup sequence and keep source repairs separate.
What information helps when I call?
Share your address, the source if known, when the leak began, whether it is still active, and the affected rooms. Photos from a safe location can help explain the concern.
Does an appliance leak require removing all flooring?
Not automatically. The material, water source, extent of damage, and moisture conditions help determine the proposed work. We explain our findings rather than assuming one removal plan fits every leak.
